Archive for February, 2010

Here’s a couple of WIP (abet lousy) pictures of some of the 18mm AB Brits I’ve been working on.  When we get the nursery done, I’ll be able to get to my tripod and take some better shots of the mostly finished work.

February 2010 Wrap-up

Well, not so much completed for February, actually nothing completed.  I managed to work some on the SYW teddy bears, take some pictures for this site, and do some planning for both the blog and the hobby for the year.  Most of my free time was spent painting and prepping the nursery, of course real life takes precedence over the hobby world.  I can’t wait to get our daughter home even!  Hobbies will be on the back burner at that point.  I’m calling it a month a day early, my wife and I are going to see Casting Crowns in Pittsburgh this evening, and with tomorrow being Sunday, I don’t anticipate getting anything finished.  We’ll see how March goes.

January 2010 Wrap-up

Miniatures Stats January 2010:

Bought for Month:      0                                                 For 2010:     0

Painted for Month:    0                                                  For 2010:     0

So much for progress to start the year off.  I managed to get nothing completed for the month.  I made  a fair bit of progress on the new workshop (more on that in another post).  Hopefully, February will be a better month, but who knows.  Hobbytime is competing with getting a nursery ready for the impending addition of a new daughter.  She should arrive in late March or early April as the adoption paperwork continues to move along.
